Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between:
Tara Taxi UK Ltd (“Tara Taxi”) and _________________________________ (“the Partner”).
1. Purpose
This Agreement confirms the Partner’s voluntary participation in the Local Founding Partner Programme.
Participation does not create ownership, control, exclusivity, or operational influence over Tara Taxi or its platform.
2. Acknowledgement of programme documents
By signing this Agreement, the Partner confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the following documents provided by Tara Taxi prior to signing:
This document forms part of this Agreement by reference.
3. Contribution
The Partner agrees to make a one-off contribution of £ _________ in accordance with the selected tier.
Payment must be made within 7 days of signing this Agreement.

4. Programme participation
The Partner acknowledges and agrees that:

programme benefits, credit use, staff allocation rules, referral mechanisms, and visibility terms are governed solely by the referenced documents

Tara Taxi makes no guarantees regarding demand, usage, or business outcomes

participation does not imply endorsement by Tara Taxi or any third party
5. Termination
Either party may withdraw from the programme at any time by written notice.
Unused credit at the time of withdrawal is forfeited and is not refundable.
6. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Scotland.
7. Acceptance
By signing below, the Partner confirms acceptance of this Agreement and the documents referenced above.
